To provide the best experience and finest quality photographs for our clients, we take the time to work individually with each couple, providing them with styling and location recommendations ahead of time to cover all of the important details. Our goal is to make your wedding experience as enjoyable and simple as possible from start to finish.
Most of our clients book 7 to 15 months in advance of their wedding date. We usually get in touch shortly after you've decided on a venue and set a date. Please tell us as much about yourself as possible when filling out your inquiry form, and let's see if we're a good fit for your big day!
Since every wedding is unique, we'll schedule a video call to chat more about what you're envisioning for your wedding photography, You are welcome to bring your fiance, parent(s), or wedding planner to this meeting! This is a great opportunity to go over specifics and ask any questions you may have.
If we decide to proceed and are a great fit for each other, we'll send over a custom proposal and contract for you to view! Once the contract is signed, and the retainer is paid, we are officially official! Now we'll begin mood-boarding and planning your engagement session.
If you opt to do an engagement session, this will be the first thing we schedule after reserving your date! During a Classic or Adventure Engagement Session, we explore different posing techniques and get to know each other so that you are comfortable in front of the camera and everything flows naturally on the big day!
By this point, we've already worked hard and planned everything together to ensure a relaxed, enjoyable wedding! Now it's time for you to unwind and let your trusted vendor team handle everything so you can fully immerse yourself in your day!

We deliver the (incredible!) fully edited gallery to you within 4-6 weeks of the wedding date so that you can share, download, and remember one of the best experiences of your life. You can easily share the gallery with friends and family all over the world, and you can even order prints of your favorites!
After your gallery is delivered, we can begin creating your lay-flat heirloom album in your choice of linen or leather. Simply choose your favorite images, and we will use them to design the layout for you. You'll have two rounds of revisions to make changes so we can create a classic piece of art to last you a lifetime.
Our goal is to create timeless, journalistic, and intensely intimate images for you and the people you care about, once you look back at your album and remember the atmosphere, textures, fleeting emotions, leading up to, during and after you say "I Do".
Choose from our curated wedding collections or allow us to tailor you a bespoke option based on your needs. Most GRP couples invest between $5-10k for photography.
We accept a very limited number of weddings each year; collections start at $4500.

DO YOUR ALWAYS SHOOT TOGETHER?
Yes. We have found the perfect formula to cover all aspects of your wedding day. You’ll always work with two lead photographers, Barbara Gomez and Luis Rivas. We also have fantastic associate photographers who help us cover large-scale weddings and events. Still, you can rest assured that Barbara and Luis will lead every event.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE HAVE INCLEMENT WEATHER?
Regardless of the date or season, we always work towards securing a Plan B photo location just in case. Whether that’s a fantastic indoor sanctuary or an absolutely stunning hotel, we try to prepare to the best of our ability. We’ll be more than happy to chat with you or your planner to secure a solid plan for alternate locations, just to ensure we won’t need them.
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE RECEIVE?
A good rule of thumb is 75 to 100 final photos per hour of coverage. Each and every image you receive is post-processed for color-correction and image retouching.
HOW EARLY CAN I BOOK WITH YOU?
Weddings fill up quickly, we'd recommend at least 6 -14 months in advance but if you need a photographer, contact us! May through October is peak wedding season, and our weekends fill up quickly. But there's always the chance that we'll be able to help you out at the last minute, or refer you to another local photographer who can.
